Steps

  1. 1

    Blend pepper onion and scotch bonnet.

  2. 2

    Fry in oil

  3. 3

    Add water seasoning meat spices

  4. 4

    Boil for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Add green peas add rice and cook

  6. 6

    When rice is cooked serve with meat.
