Ingredients

  • 2 kgcarrot
  • 2.5 kgmilk
  • as neededDry fruits
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep pan add milk boiled it when it boiled add grated carrot and cook it long time when milk become reduce add khoya mix it.

  2. 2

    Cook it well now add desi ghee and sugar cook again for 20-25 minutes.
