Sort and wash your beans and maize separately,Boil the dry beans first for like 30 minutes and then add the maize.

Let them boil till soft

Drain the excess water and divide your githeri into half

Chop the onion and fry till golden brown add the tomatoes fry till they turn into a paste

Then add the carrots, salt and githeri stir till they combine well

When almost ready add the courgettes (for it to be crunchy) stir and cover for a few minutes

Then serve with fried cabbages
