Preheat oven

Sift flour setaside. Beat eggs and sugar add in flour and some water

Brush melted butter on pan then on baking sheet... Pour mixture and flatten. Bake for 20 minutes

In a mixer put butter, icing sugar and mix.

Add milk and flavour. Mix until fluffy. Add colour of choice

Check cake and set aside to cool by rolling the cake into a log.

When cooled roll back to open. Spread butter but not to edges. When you roll the Swiss Roll the creek will get to the edges.

Chill in the refrigerator before cutting... Done
