Ingredients

1 hour
7 servings
  • 1whole Chicken cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2big Onions
  • 4big Tomatoes
  • Garlic and Ginger crushed
  • 1Cauliflower cut into pieces
  • Cooked Peas (a handful)
  • Salt
  • Spices of your choice
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1Green Pepper
  • Dhania

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Fry the onions in medium heat. Add the crushed ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and continue stirring until they become soft.

  3. 3

    Add the Chicken pieces and fry with very little stirring. Add your salt and spices.

  4. 4

    When the chicken is almost cooked add the cauliflower and peas and add a little water and let it simmer.

  5. 5

    Add the the green pepper and remove from the heat. Garnish with dhania

  6. 6

    Your dish is ready to serve. I served ours with Coconut Rice. Enjoy!
