Steps

Peel the potates and cut them into circular shapes, not too thick and not too thin

Pour some gram flour in a bowl then mix with garlic and ginger paste, tumeric, chilli powder,salt, garam masala and coriander.

Add some water to the mixture and mix till you get a thick paste

Deep the potatoes into the paste and deep fry them
- 5
You can serve with chicken, sausage or any protein of your choice.
