Cebollitas/ pickled onions

Our market stopped selling my hubby's favorite latin brand jarred pickled onions so I had to get creative. I'm sure I will modify this every week as I make them but this basic recipe is a good starting point.
Actually this was modified from Natasha's kitchen marinated mini sweet pepper recipe. I will use it for many pickled products.

Clean onions & peppers place in boiling water to blanch slightly just till color changes be sure not to cook. Just blanch.

Combine brine/marinade in jar & shake or stir until dissolved

Add your onion & peppers to your brine be sure to cover with the liquid
- 4
Dare your family to stay out of them till they marinate for a couple days & get rich charging them for not being able to ❣️🤔hubby never makes it 24 hours🤗
