Soak the chicken pcs in salted water for 1 hour.

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except butter. Now marinated the leg pcs in this mixture for 3-4 hours.

Make 2 rectangular shape bowl with aluminium foil. Pour the chicken pcs in the bowl. Add 1 tea spoon butter on the chicken and wrap the top of the bowl.

Take a kadhai pour half of water. Add bay leaf, 1 star enis and 1whole black pepper in water. boil the water high flame. Then put the gas in low flame.

Put a steamer in the kadhai. place the bowl on the steam and cover it.

After 30 mins steam chicken is ready to eat.
