Tawa naan with paneer gravy

Prepare a dough of all purpose flour in curd nigella seeds chopped coriander leaves

Keep it covered for 20 minutes

For tawa naan roll a ball of the flour with the help of the roller

Cook over tawa

Cook on both sides

Apply ghee or butter as desired

For paneer heat oil in a pan. crackle bay leaves.

Add cumin seeds add chopped onions

Saute it add chopped tomato

Add all spices and salt

Let it cook for some time

Add water as required

Let the gravy cook completely
