Heat water Till Luke warm add yeast cover and keep for some time,when it raises add sugar salt kalonji,soda wheat flour,maida,rava make a tough dough,cover and keep for 30 min

To make butter spread for paratha.heat butter in microwave add crushed garlic and kotmir.

Roll out paratha as usual apply butter spread generously on both side or paratha.
