My Style Chicken Shawarma Casserole

Air fry the potatoes (spray with oil) at 350°F (180°C) for 17 minutes, stirring occasionally, or fry in oil.

Sauté the onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil until soft, then add the chicken.

Add spices (chicken or shawarma seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, a pinch of dried parsley), 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses, 1/2 tablespoon barbecue sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt (don’t let the chicken dry out).

For the yogurt sauce: Mix 1 container yogurt, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon tahini (any kind), a pinch of garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper.

Place the potatoes in a Pyrex baking dish, sprinkle with salt, and add a little yogurt sauce and a sprinkle of sumac (optional).

Add the chicken on top of the potatoes, pour the remaining yogurt sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with sumac and parsley, and drizzle with ketchup and ranch. Enjoy, it’s very delicious! ♥️
