    Cut your vegetables and set aside including onions, grated ginger and garlic.

    Cook the rice with a little salt and set aside

  3. 3

    I marinated the shrimps for 2 hours and then deep fried it.

  4. 4

    Put oil on fire in a pot or non-stick fry pan. Fry the onions with garlic and ginger. Next add the vegetables and stir fry, with a dash of soy sauce.

    Add the cooked rice and fry with the veggies. Spice your food and add the shrimps

  6. 6

    Let it cook on low heat until the rice absorp the spices. Then add the sesame oil and bring it down
