Ingredients

  1. 1large fish
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 tspyaji
  4. Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and fish into desired sizes

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt and yaji mixture on the fish

  3. 3

    Preheat the vegetable oil in a frying pan for about 2 minutes then fry ur fish until it turns brown

  4. 4

    Serve with cold drink or beverage
