Mawa aur suji ki sugar syrup wali Gujiya

In a pan put mawa on midum flame and saute till golden brown and keep it a side

In another pan add little ghee and and suji and saute so that suji can be cooked and little brown,cool it mix mawa and dry fruits,cardamom powder in it

Now take maida,add 2 tbsp oil and knead a medium stiff dough with water and keep aside

Now take a small all size from maida dough,roll like poori,stuff with mawa stuffing,seal it's edges and shape like gujhiya and fry in medium hot oil

Another side mix sugar and water and make 1 string sugar syrup,dip all prepared gujhiyas in it and serve
