Steps

Heat ghee in frying pan and put carrot. Cook it for 10 minutes and then add 500ml milk and cook till the water evaporates.

Then add sugar and mava and elaichi powder and cook well.

When the mixture dries then add chopped dry fruits and put on a bowl.

Garnish with dry fruits. Gajar halwa ready.
