Ingredients

  1. 2 pcsnoodles
  2. Noodles spices
  3. Turmeric
  4. Small red bell pepper
  5. Small Onion bulb(diced)
  6. Green pepper (chopped)
  7. Carrot(diced)
  8. 1cooking spoon of Soya oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour noodles into boiling water and per boil

  2. 2

    Sieve out water and set aside

  3. 3

    Preheat oil and fry carrot, green pepper and onion

  4. 4

    Add spices and turmeric and fry all together for 3mins

  5. 5

    Pour noodles into the frying pan and stir fry and serve
