Saboodana khir
Steps

Soak the saboodana for 3 to 5 hours.

Take saboodana in the pan and add 1 glass of water boiled it. Till it becomes transparent and thick.

Then add milk in it.

After the saboodana and concerned gets boiled properly add sugar and kesar.

After sugar melts throughly turn off the gass.

Add some dry fruites as required.

For chilling, keep it freeze. S

Serve it.
