Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrfull cream milk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 6-8almond powdered
  4. 10pistachios finely chopped
  5. 6-8cashew powdered
  6. 10-12fox nuts(makhana)
  7. 1 tbspghee
  8. 4-5cardamom powdered
  9. 10-12rose petal chopped
  10. 8-10saffron strands
  11. 1 cupfresh cream or malai
  12. 2 tsprose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan. Now add almond, pistachio, cashew and let it boil on low flame for 15 minute.

  2. 2

    In other pan put ghee and roast fox nuts. And let it cool down completely. Then make a coarse powder of it.

  3. 3

    Then add fox nut powder to the milk.

  4. 4

    Stirr the milk in between to avoid burning. You will see that the milk get thicken. Cook for some more minute to get desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Then add malai or cream and saffron strands. Stirr well. Then after getting good consistency switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Now add rose petals, rose water, cardamom powder. Mix it well.

  7. 7

    Garnish it with rose petals and some more powdered dry fruits.

  8. 8

    You can enjoy it hot or chilled. Both will give an awsome taste.
