Boil milk on low flame for 10 minutes

Cut the bread in small pieces and add into boiling milk

Cook for 5 minutes

Mix sugar and vanilla essence

Switch off the flame and let it cool on room temperature

Blend with blender

Cover and keep in freezer for 2 hours

Take out from freezer and blend again until it turn creamy

Pour into rectangular box and close the lid

Keep in freezer for 7-8 hours

Cut in slices and serve immediately.
