Ingredients

  1. 2-3 lbroast
  2. 1 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1-1/2 tsppepper
  4. 1/2 tspseasoning salt
  5. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  6. 1 packageeither onion soup mix, or 1 Tbsp beef bullion
  7. 1 cupboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour 1 cup of boiling water into measuring cup

  2. 2

    Either add 1 package of onion soup mix, or 1 tbsp of beef bullion. (1 tsp of basil optional with bullion)

  3. 3

    Add rest of dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture onto (frozen) roast and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
