My love affair with gin began a long time ago and continues to this day. An old girlfriend introduced me to it and to tell you the truth I have forgotten how I used to drink it. I upgraded to my favorite gin Empress (loved the blue colour) with Elderflower Fever Tree tonic. But my goodness, I had the fortune to go to a dine out event and discovered how fan-freaking-tastic Gin+Elderflower tonic and of all things…marmalade mixed together. Not my idea but wow! -
