Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef drained (or 2 lbs if you want extra protein)
  • 1 bagsteamed mixed vegetables
  • 32 ozlow salt chicken broth
  • 1xlarge tomato soup can
  • 1 canwhite cantolini beans
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Herbs of choice- I’ve used thyme

    Brown and drain beef drippings

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 min
