Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef drained (or 2 lbs if you want extra protein)
  2. 1 bagsteamed mixed vegetables
  3. 32 ozlow salt chicken broth
  4. 1xlarge tomato soup can
  5. 1 canwhite cantolini beans
  6. to taste Salt and pepper
  7. Herbs of choice- I’ve used thyme

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown and drain beef drippings

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 min
