Ingredients

  • 1 kgchopped and washed methi/ fenugreek leaves
  • 2patato
  • 1tomato
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion and tomato in small size.

  2. 2

    Pour oil in a pan and put onion in it. When it is cooked put tomato in it.

  3. 3

    Put salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Then put small size of patato and methi in it. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Aaloo methi is ready.
