Ingredients

  1. 1 CupCurd
  2. 1 Cupbesan
  3. 1 tbsmirchi ka mixture (mixture of green chillies, salt, ginger garlic)
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 7-8curry leaves
  6. 1-2red chilli
  7. 1/2 bunchmethi leaves
  8. 1onion
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. As neededCoriander leavea
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 cupoil for flying
  13. 2green chilli es
  14. Pinchcooking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat curd add turmeric powder, salt, mirchi ka thecha and 2 tbs besan beat well.

  2. 2

    In a pan add little oil give tadka with onion, red chilli, curry leaves, common and mistar seeds, then add curd and besan mixture, add water and let it boil.

  3. 3

    In another bowl take besan, add chopped methi, onion, salt, green chilllies and little cooking soda.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadai and fry pakodas.

  5. 5

    Remove and add this pakda to the kadi cook fir 5-10 mins, add chori ander leaves and switch off the gas.

  6. 6

    Serve with white boiled rice.
