Grate paneer, add salt, ajwain, dry fruits, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and mix well

Make small balls by adding little besan and cover it with bread crumbs and fry in oil till golden brown

Make puree of tomatoes, onion, postu, ginger, green chilli

Take kadai add oil, jeera, hing and add puree add all masala and mix well

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes add water let it boil

Put all kofta in the bowl and from top pour the gravy on it and Garnish with cream

Paneer kofta ready
