Paneer butter masala

Take a pan and add dry coriander, laung, black pepper, jeera, tej leaves and sabut red chilli. Fry all the ingredients at low flame for 5 minutes. After cooling mix it in mixture.

Take a pan and add butter,4tomato pieces and 1 onion. Cook it for 5 minutes. After cooling, mix it in a mixture. (but do not mix both at a time)

Take a pan then, add butter, ginger and garlic paste and tomato onion mixture. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Then, add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and chopped onion, tomato, capsicum. Then add the spices masala which we have made first.

Then, add paneer piece after 5 minutes. Also mix malai in it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Also cover it with a lid.

Now, your paneer butter masala is ready to eat. Serve it with coriander leaves.
