3boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cupcarrots sliced
1red onion diced
2 cupcelery, chopped
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1/2 tbspground thyme
2bay leaves
8 cupschicken broth
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 bagegg noodles
2 cupwater

Place chicken breasts in crock pot. cover with celery, carrots, onions and seasonings.

Add broth and water.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (I have gone 8 before)

Remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to crock pot.

Add egg noodles.

Cover and cook for 20 min.
