1/3 cupmirin
2 tbspsoya sauce
1 tbspsugar

Chicken thighs with skin on
Broccoli

Steps

In a sauce pan, add sauce ingredients in and cook for 10 mins.

Set the sauce aside.

In a large pan, add chicken in and cook until brown on both sides.

Once chicken is cooked, slice it thinly and pour sauce over it.

Serve it with rice and steamed broccoli.

Dublin

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
