Stack Enoki mushroom first then MahiMahi then put minced ginger on top

Season peanut oil and light soy sauce on MahiMahi

Put on a microwave-safe plate, put in microwave and heat in MEDIUM setting and for 4 minutes

After 4 minutes, arrange the broccoli around the steamed MahiMahi
