Seasoned Pizza Dough
Easy, quick, homemade pizza dough, that NEEDS no special flours, but bread flour does improve the texture. This is a family favorite!
Steps

Add dry ingredients to stand mixer with dough hook attachment. If preparing by hand, make well in center of ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add wet ingredients and mix until a smooth ball forms.

Oil the insides of a mixing bowl.
- 4
Form dough into a smooth ball and place into oiled bowl, covered.

Place dough in a warm dry place and allow to rise until doubled. About 30 minutes.

Use your hands to gently deflate the dough, then transfer it to a floured surface.

Roll/gently stretch dough out into about a 12" circle, larger for thinner crust, less for thicker.

Place on greased cookie sheet, brush with EVOO, and then top with your favorite toppings.

Bake at 425°F 10-15 minutes, or until toppings are golden brown.
