Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspcrushed ground nut
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspchopped pudina leaves
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/3 tspcrushed bhuna zeera powder
  • 1/3 tspcrushed Ajwain
  • 1/3 tsphaldi powder
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil.

    Make patty as you like.

    Deep fry both the sides in medium flame.

    Keep in tissue paper to drain extra oil.
