Mix wheat flour, gram, flour, semolina, salt, fennel, red chilli powder, Ghee, malai.

Make a soft dough with them.

Heat oil in a pan, add boiled mashed potatoes turmeric powder, boiled peas, Cook it for 5 minutes.

Make small balls of the dough and stuff the potato pea masala in it.

Give them shape as shown in picture.

Keep them in preheated Bati oven.

Cook on medium flame and bake them from all sides.

In a pan,melt the ghee. Pour baties in it.

Heat the baties in ghee when you want to eat them.
