Vegetable oil
1 table spoonsugar

Season beef very well and slice into pieces,blend till smooth

Get a cup of blended beef add the four, pepper,salt,suger,milk mix with the egg and add little water and colour
3

Place a pan on fire..polish with oil and slip fry to your taste
