Masoor Cheela Noodles

Put the soaked pink masoor dal into the mixing jar.

Now add 1/4 tspn salt, red chilli powder and hing into the jar.

Grind the dal into the fine batter

Now put this batter into the bowl and whip it by adding little bit of water.

See the consistency of the batter, it should not be thick nor runny.

Brush the non stick pan with the oil.

Pour one scoop of batter on the flat pan.

Spread it towards outerside with the laddle.

Flip it after one min when it gets brown from the bottom.

Flip it again and make sure it turns brown from both the sides.

The cheela should be soft not more crisp.

Like wise make all cheelas.

Now take a pan and heat oil in it.

Add three of the bell peppers and saute it for a min.

Now add mushrooms, carrot and broccoli in it.

Saute it.

There should be crunch in the vegetables.

In the meanwhile cut the cheelas into long strip.

Now add all the spice ingredients and sauces in the pan.

Mix it by adding long stripped cheela noodles into it.

Mix it softly with hands.

The noodles should not break.
