Place a clean pan of oil and fire. Heat up and add your onion and then your tomato paste mixed with pepper and fry for about 2mins

Add your crayfish, seasoning cube and salt. Stir together and then pour your beaten eggs. Leave for about 10secs and then stir together.

Your eggs sauce is ready. Serve with fried yam, boiled yam, rice, fried plantain or potato
