In a bowl soak udad dal for 4 hours then grind it thick paste

Then add salt and mix it till 15 min.till dal mixture become fluffy

Then heat the oil in pan and deep fry small vadas from dal mixture till golden.Then soak vadas in water directly from pan for 10 min.Then squeeze water from it.

Make chutney using green chutney ingredients

For tamarind chutney in a pan add 1/2 cup water,jeggary and tamarind paste,add salt and black salt mix well till boiling.off the flame

In a serving dish arrange all vada pore sweet curd,green chutney,tamarind chutney,chopped coriander,chat masala and serve chilled.
