Take a bowl add 1cup wheat flour,cuminseeds,Ajwani,turmeric powder,redchilli,salt,& 2 tbsp oil crumble nicely,than add little water&makes a tight dough.

Dough is ready,cover it &rest it.

Take a grinder jar add soak moongdal,1/2tsp cuminseeds,1/"ginger,1greenchilli,1/2 tsp redchilli,1/2tsp salt grind it,if required add 2 tbsp water.

Transfer a bowl add crushed coriander seeds,hing,chopped coriander leaves,&1 chopped onion.

Stuffing is ready.

Makes small size balls.

Roll it and makes whole with the help of a fork.

Stuff the moongdal mixture one side of the puri.

Deep-fry the puri.To know it at the time of deepfry flip the stuffing side of the puri on oil

Moong dal open stuff puri is ready.Serve with any type of chutney or sauces or curd.Very tasty break fast.
