Eggless Wheat Jaggery Cake

Warm milk and water and add jaggery to it so that it melts properly.

When the jaggery dissolves, mix well, add oil, vanilla essence and mix well.

Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda together.

Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients by cut and fold method.

Take half quantity of the chopped almonds, dust them with wheat flour and add in the mixture, this is how they will not settle down at bottom.

Add vinegar, mix well and immediately transfer into a greased container. Top it with rest of the chopped almonds.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes or till the toothpik placed in centre of the cake tin does not come out clean.

Cool completely and then slice and serve.
