Crush the biscuits, add sugar and melted butter, mix well

Press this mixture on to the bottom & sides of a well greased spring form pan

Cover and chill while you make the filling

Cheese filling:- In a bowl with a hand mixer beat the cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl add vanilla essence

In a clean dry bowl beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture

Pour the filling mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

Cover and place for half an hour in the refrigerator

Then,Top the cheese cake with finely grated chocolate and keep in refrigerator to set for 3 to 4 hours
