1 spoonsalt
1 spoonturmeric powder
1/2 spoonred chilli powder

Steps

Firstly peel potatoes wash and cut as you like. Now take a pan. Heat oil. Add turmeric powder. Add onion. Fry it. Add tomatoes and green chilli. Now fry it.

Now add salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Now add potatoes and capsicum. Cover it. Cook it on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Serve it with chapattis.
