First of all take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour baking powder, salt, powder sugar and butter.

Mix it well, crumble it very nicely.

Now add milk and knead dough tight.

Rest it for 20 minute.

Grind date smoothly in a food processor. Heat the pan add ghee and date paste.

Saute it till it become soft. 3-4 minute are sufficient.

Make a dough soft.Roll out the dough on a clean working surface into a large square or rectangular shape. Cut out squares approx 1-1/2 or 2″ each and keep it ready.

Place the filling inside, roll up the covering around it and gently seal the open edges. Brush it with milk.

Preheat microwave 180

Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden on top. Remove and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
