Chorizo and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 400 gpenne rigate
  2. 2 (200 g)chorizo sausages, sliced thinly (if possible)
  3. 200 gchestnut mushrooms, diced
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. Salt, to season
  6. (Optional) Garlic Bread

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until tender.

    Meanwhile, heat a large, non-stick frying pan over high heat. And add mushrooms, cook until brown. Then add chorizos & garlic. Cook until done.

    Drain pasta. Add chorizo, mushroom & garlic mix on plate. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine (if you wish).
