First peel off the kiwi and diced in small cubes then blend in a mixture blender along with lime juice, honey and drops of green food colour

Pierce the peppermint pearl with the help of a pin and squeeze the drops of oil in kiwi pulp for an extra minty fresh fragrance

For Glass rim:Melt chocolate with double boiler method or can take liquid chocolate and a small piece of chocolate shredded mix and heat for 2-3 seconds rapidly and make smooth by stirring continously then apply at the rim of the half glass and sprinkle a few sprinklers and keep in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.

Cut the lemon into chunks,remove the seeds and put in the glass and slightly muddle with the help of a muddler then add kiwi pulp mixture and pour club soda over it

Garnish with mint/basil leaves and a dry apricot piece and sliced kiwi triangle at the edge

As this cocktails is prepared for Christmas and it's too cold these days so ice is skipped.In hot days can add crushed ice along with kiwi pulp and club soda.
