Sieve the flour and pour in a large bowl.

Pour the sugar in a cup and pour water in it.

Pour water on the yeast and wait to see bubbles on it to make sure the it's usable.

Pour the sugar and yeast all in the flour and mix thoroughly until it gives a half way watery mixture, then cover with a lid and keep in a warm place to let the yeast act quickly for about 30mins and increase the quantity.

Pour oil in the pan and let it be hot before you start frying.

Turn each side untill it's golden brown in color then sieve.

Serve with any juice of choice.
