Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 4 tinscondensed milk
  3. 1 tinevaporated milk
  4. 1 bottle red or white rum
  5. 2 tsp bitters
  6. 1 tsp nutmeg & cinnamon
  7. 2 tsp mixed essence
  8. Piece lime or lemon peel

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat eggs with peel at least 6 to 8 times then remove peel

  2. 2

    Add milk one by one beating continuously

  3. 3

    Add rum,essence,bitters & spices,beat well

  4. 4

    Bottle & store at room temperature. Yield 3 bottles

  5. 5

    Serve over ice
