Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 4 tinscondensed milk
  • 1 tinevaporated milk
  • 1 bottle red or white rum
  • 2 tsp bitters
  • 1 tsp nutmeg & cinnamon
  • 2 tsp mixed essence
  • Piece lime or lemon peel

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs with peel at least 6 to 8 times then remove peel

  2. 2

    Add milk one by one beating continuously

  3. 3

    Add rum,essence,bitters & spices,beat well

  4. 4

    Bottle & store at room temperature. Yield 3 bottles

  5. 5

    Serve over ice
