Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbscherries (about 1 kg)
  • 1onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsminced garlic
  • 2 tablespoonschopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoonsumac
  • Salt, black pepper, and cumin, to taste
  • 1 jarcherry jam

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the meat with the onion, garlic, and spices. Shape into kebab fingers. Pour cherry jam syrup over the kebabs and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a serving dish, then spoon the cherry jam from the jar over the kebabs.

  3. 3

    Garnish with vegetables and potatoes, and serve.
