Take leftover khichdi. Add flour and 1 to 2 tspoon oil. Now add all spices.

Make a dough like Roti's dough. now take small part of dough. And roll it down.

Put it on tava for 1 min and turn another side. Now put 1 to 2 t spoon oil and let it be golden brown from both side.

Serve it with chutney, achar, curd etc.
