Ingredients

  1. sahjan 250 grm
  2. 1 cupmatar
  3. tomato 1 chopped
  4. adrak,lehsun pyaaz copped
  5. green chilli,red chilli,garam masala
  6. daniya powder, haldi
  7. salt as a taste
  8. oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sahjan ke phool ko 1 glass pani mein 3-4 seeti lgwa de.

  2. 2

    Saaf pani se ache dho lein taaki phoolon ka kadwapan nikal jaye nichod kar 1 side p rakh 2.

  3. 3

    Pan m oil gram kar ke adrak lehsun aur pyaaz dal lein.

  4. 4

    Halka brown hone par pan mein bareek kata tamater green chilli red chilli powder matar salt dal kar slow flame p pakayein.

  5. 5

    Tyar sehjan ke phool per garam masala dal kar hara daniya se saja ke serve karein.
